Health classes will take place during assigned FLEX periods for 6th - 8th graders throughout the entire school year.

At the end of each marking period, Health and Physical Education grades will be averaged together. You will notice Health grades mixed in with PE grades on Genesis.

Grades for Health come from students completing their daily Do Nows, filling in their class notes, completing End of Lesson Assessments (open book - 5 questions), mini projects, and/or worksheets given to them during class.

As soon as notes are completed in class, they are uploaded on Google Classroom for students to fill in if they are absent or missed any answers.

Assignments that are given during class, and not completed, will be uploaded onto Google Classroom for a late grade (with a due by date). Zeros will be entered in Genesis until the work is turned in.
