• Tryouts are scheduled for the following days: 

    9/10/19 (Tue) 
      9/11/19 (Wed)  
     9/12/19 (Thu) 
     
    Note: Tryouts end at 5 p.m., and are closed to spectators.
    Transportation is NOT provided. Carpooling is encouraged.

    Students must have had their last physical on or after 9/12/18.  If you need a physical print the necessary paperwork from the "School Forms and  Documents" page.

    To ensure eligibility on day (1) of tryouts all paperwork must be submitted by
    Wednesday, September 4th.  Please plan accordingly as state law mandates all paperwork be reviewed by our school doctor before allowing clearance.

    Feel free to submit paperwork during the Summer.
    Office hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 3 pm.

    Health History Questionnaires (HHQ) must be dated after July 15th.

    *Medications, inhalers, and special situations must be submitted to our school Nurse, Mrs. Herriman, in writing. Forms for inhalers/Epi pens may be found on Mrs. Herriman's website.

    Participants are encouraged to attend all tryouts to improve their chances of being selected.

    Soccer and Field Hockey practices will be held on campus.  All games will be held at the Westampton Sports Complex located at Rancocas Road and Bridge Street.  Access the complex via the Friends School entrance off Bridge Street. 

    Courtesy busing will not be provided after athletic events!  Athletes will be transported to their respective field on identified days.  Pick-up from practices will always be 5 pm.  Pick-up from games will be immediately following contest.  Carpooling is encouraged provided written permission from a parent/guardian is submitted beforehand.  Participants are encouraged to attend every tryout to improve their chances of being selected.
