• MAP Testing
  • Westampton Township Public Schools has joined several school districts in New Jersey and as well as school districts in nearly all states nationwide in the implementation of an achievement test called MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) developed by Northwest Evaluation Association, a non-profit organization formed by educators.

MAP is a computerized, state-aligned assessment tool that provides teachers and parents with information that can improve student learning.  Our students in grades 1st through 8th take this achievement test in Mathematics, Reading, and Language Usage.  Students will take this test at least twice a year to help teachers gauge improvement in academic performance and differentiate teaching strategies to meet the academic needs of the students.
