Homework Bingo:
A Homework Bingo sheet is sent home in the beginning of each month. Your child may choose to do as many activities on the board as they would like. For each square they complete, they will receive 2 class points. If they complete a row, they will receive an extra 5 points! The Bingo boards are due at the end of each month.
Leveled Readers:
Books will be sent home for your child to read at their leisure. These books are on or close to their independent reading level. Please encourage your child to read every night. You can read with them, or ask them questions about what they are reading to check for understanding. When your child returns the books in their bag, they will receive new books to take home.
Extra Practice:
If you are working with your child at home and would like extra practice in math or language arts, please let me know. I can always send some activites home to reinforce what we are working on in class.
