What is co- teaching?

Co- teaching is a team teaching approach.  This unique teaching method is one that is designed to benefit and meet the needs of all learners.  Each teacher is responsible for all of the students, and they share teaching together.  When working in whole group and small gorup instruction, both teachers work side- by- side to provide the best learning experience for each student. 

Why is co- teaching one of the BEST methods within the classroom?

The teacher to student ratio is smaller meaning that each child has more individualized instruction time with their teachers!  

Who should I contact when I have a question?

Both teachers are able to answer any question, comment or concern that you have.  Feel free to reach out to one, the other or both of us! We are ALWAYS on the same page!

Mrs. Kelsey and I are so excited to be teaching together. We are always on the same page in terms of contact, planning, communication, and classroom expectations. We are so happy to have your child in our class this year.
