This binder has been created to assist your child in organizational skills and to facilitate communication between school and home.
The inside cover is where your child will place important notices from school. These notices may come from the main office, one of your child's teachers, or a staff member. It is also a place for parents to place any notes, lunch money, book orders, aftercare forms, and any other important forms that need to be seen by the teacher. Also attached to the inside cover is an individual behavior chart for you to monitor your child's behavior each day.
The first folder will be for your child's homework folder. This section includes your child's homework packet for each night.
The Friday Folder is divided into two sections. One side is labeled keep at home. The papers on that side will be for any completed class work that should be removed from the folder and KEPT AT HOME. The other side of the is labeled Return to School. Please initial test and return them or complete any paper work that needs to be returned.
The clear plastic protector provides a weekly schedule and sight words.
